Following the Summer Solstice energy change the light is not the only power to start receding, we all need to look into ourselves to find out where our strength is being directed and how we can improve our physical health, our emotional harmony and our spiritual happiness. By bringing ourselves into balance as nature does each and every day, we are able to listen to the ways of creativity and purpose that can drive our lives and give each of us individual freedom.
Knowing our boundaries and living within them is the next big event on in the Barn here, and will include healthy lunch along with some understanding of Kundalini Yoga thrown in for good measure. Everything emerges from the silence and the dark, creativity is born from within and when we know ourselves we know how to help others through our own passion.
