To value what we have in our physicality, is to appreciate the wealth of our life. There’s no going back in time, and much as we may want to look younge,r we certainly can’t turn back the clock with our bodies. Often we realise too late that what we took for granted, belittled or even abused when we were young will come back to haunt us as we approach our senior years no matter how much praying we do.
Learning a healthy regime as soon as possible is vital if we want to enjoy the Utopian age we are supposedly approaching. The water of life that we hear is being constricted, restricted or polluted for some people is possibly the biggest crime in the world today.
Whilst Blissland isn’t open to the general bad news of television and the newspapers, we can’t help hearing bits and pieces of the reality of life. It’s a sad reflection on people that there is so much emotional pain, that so many aren’t balanced, and this can even be seen with those who are considered fit because many become addicted to their particular health regime or are extremist about how they live their life.
Overall health is about awareness of what we do and consume, just as wealth is about valuing what we have and want. Time is our most valuable asset and if we leave it too late, live under stress or crave too much materialism we’re likely to have less of it.
The richest people are the ones who want the least and give the most, the pleasure of giving with the right heart surpasses all joys. Amongst our courses we promote the reason why giving love is so positive not only for the receiver but more so for the giver.
