A relaxing and rejuvenating morning especially designed for post partum mummies and their babies.This class incorporates your baby as part of the class and shows you how you can still practice yoga together as a new mummy .
After having my second baby only a months ago, I understand how busy motherhood is and how rare it is to take time out to nourish yourself! So I wanted to create a unique monthly event targeted just for mums in this beautful countryside setting to switch off, calm, socialise, connect with their babies through the power of yoga. Yoga has been my healing tool through my life especially through pregnancy, birth and being a mother so I hope to share my knowledge with you so you can implement these techniques into your everyday lives.
We will focus on mum’s three main areas of concern: the back, the abdominal muscles and the pelvic floor. We focus on rebuilding these three key areas post natally, at a pace that suits you.Things often feel tight with constant feeding, carrying, less sleep and perhaps birth complications but not to worry…we will soon feel healthy and strong again! And mums aren’t the only ones who can benefit from yoga; a few basic moves for your wee one can make your infant more comfortable and calm. We cover baby poses that can help with upset stomachs, reflux and colic.

Very relaxed setting surrounded by countryside. Option to go on a walk after or walk the onsite labyrinth.
