We have changed it to monthly meetings and extended the time so we can bring you lots and lots of useful tips, techniques and workshops to accelerate learning at a very good value price.
We are a team of EFT and Hypnotherapy practitioners who also teach Mindfulness, Meditation, Modern Stress Management and much more.
5th of August is the first of our new format of meetups – it’s from 11am until 4pm at Blissland, a wonderful venue in Congleton, Cheshire. It’s an interactive day of learning Mindfulness and EFT, or Tapping.
Early Bird is £20 per person until midnight on the 23rd of July, after that it will be £25 and on the door on the day it will be £30.

The venue is strictly vegetarian so we have factored in some time at lunch to go off site and buy something and eat it if you are not happy to eat veggie for the day. No lunch will be provided so you can bring your own vegetarian lunch with you and enjoy the lovely gardens and surroundings too.

Emma Johnson has worked as an energy therapist for several years. With qualifications in MBSR, CBT and Mindfulness, as well as being a Law of Attraction Practitioner, Zoe manages to build a tailor-made programme for the individual, even within a group session. Using a combination of techniques including coaching, mindfulness, mindful movement and guided mediation, finished with a generous dollop of gratitude – Zoe gives you the tools you need to enrich the quality of your own life.
