Fear is probably the deepest emotion that can lead people to do all sorts of things they wouldn’t normally aspire to. We’re all a mixture of our emotions and it rules everything we do. Emotional freedom is one of the three pillars of balance. When we are able to remove the effects of emotion from our daily life, we can achieve much more. The recent Corona virus outbreak has understandably brought fear into the lives of many people. Not necessarily for the fear of catching the disease, but real danger of what will be left of the economy, of family life and of people’s livelihoods. Without a regular practice that connects you to your beliefs, life can be an emotional roller coaster. No one needs to be alone if they have a spiritual bond. Once you are united with your beliefs, you can establish a deep relationship with yourself.
Whilst gatherings have now been outlawed, Blissland is still seeing evidence of emotional problems. The continuing Government measures are likely to make this even worse. This Monday’s Yoga class was live streamed to around eight hundred people. That’s far better than the twenty or so that would normally turn up. It may show that people who are self isolating now have time for self-care. Or it could be that more people are realizing they need some form of release from the current pressure. Whatever your chosen method of connection to Earth, Heaven or preferably both, it seems more vital now than ever in recent times. Our emotional state can drive us to make monumental mistakes. Or we can cease the opportunities that present themselves and become healthier and happier.
Emotion is an energy of course. Unless any energy is focused into something constructive it becomes a negative destructive force. Unless and until we can handle our emotions, we cannot achieve any of our desires or intentions. Our purpose on Earth must be for a greater good or our life becomes valueless. The lock down that seems to have been brought upon us, is an opportunity as well as a challenge. We now hope to devise a way to get our courses online. The Three Wishes workshops are needed more now than ever before. The Last Wishes workshop may be the most immediate requirement as we lose loved ones to the virus. Knowing what they want and how to do the best for them helps to ease the emotion of grief.
