Putting good energy into your body and raising your serotonin will lead to a positive mood, exuding a more attractive glow. – Dylan Lauren.
With so many people in states of depression, stress is building on most fronts. Getting into a positive mood can seem like a big mountain to climb. Your emotional condition determines your physical health. That relates to the energy you have, which comes from the food you eat. Ask a healthy eater about their mental position and failing any disastrous happening, they will be in a positive mood. There’s even healthy chocolate on the market now that can help those in need to get into a positive mood. The average sweetie bar or sugary cake, is likely to give you a rush of your blood sugar levels. This could be followed by an even greater low, negating any positive mood.
Chemicals in our brain are triggered by what we eat. Many processed foods have chemical ingredients that imbalance the chemical reaction in the body. Simple organic, none processed plant-based foods, must be the way forward for the sake of everyone’s mental state, and the wellbeing of the planet. More land is used for cultivating animal feed than for direct consumption, that can’t be a sensible way forward. Animal waste puts damaging chemicals into the soils. Cattle add to the methane in the atmosphere. Whereas we get oxygen from plants and trees that helps us to breathe. The production of processed foods adds to the dilemma of harmful things that go into landfill, or even worse, end up polluting our seas. How can this create a positive mood for anyone?
There’s more goodness and nutrition available for free in the hedgerows of Britain, than there may be on some children’s dinner plates. The obsession with eating is impacting on everything we do. Obesity is still a major factor in the poor health of the nation. We all eat far too much. Few of us really need three meals a day. When we see the size of some portions we are aghast. It’s not surprising we have so many people without a positive mood. So much energy is being used by our bodies to process the processed food. Eat less, eat simply, eat with awareness of the natural ways. This makes a positive mood more attainable along with a healthy look and a good figure.
Time is Short
Time is our most precious resource and so many people squander it. We make the mistake of thinking we have lots of time. Time is more valuable than money. Generally, so many people spend so much time watching other people’s lives on television, instead of living their own life. When we realize the value of time and the difference it makes to creating a positive mood, we can think about how we can use it best.
